Car tries to start but wont. At other times it will start.

Since you have power, it could be a few things. First, you need to try and scan the car for trouble codes. See if anything major picks up. Your car needs air, gas, and fire to start. When you first turn the key, can you hear the fuel pump kick on? If so, it is working. If not, it may be the fuel pump. Check your fuel pump reset button if you have one.
