First, you shouldn't adjust the idle. If the idle isn't correct, that means there is an issue somewhere - not that the idle needs to be adjusted.
There isn't an adjustment screw. To adjust the idle, you will need to move the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) forwards or backward. To do this, you will need to remove the tamper proof bolt and replace it with one that can be loosened and tightened.
thanks for your response! the reason I asked about this. is that My steering wheel vibrates on idle, like a stop light with foot on brake, it smooths out when I drive. I changed all 3 Motor mounts, all ****** mounts, put 4 new denson iridium spark plugs. Car still vibrates at Idle. my Idle RPM with foot on brakes reads about 600 RPM. with AC on it's even worse !!
... and also checked the throttle body it's very clean.

It may be caused by a vacuum leak, make sure to check all your hose for cracks and/or hoses that may have popped off

SOURCE: need to replace idle control valve on 2003 honda element
i would and have takeing the throttle body off because its easier to replace the iacv valve with if faceing upward.remove it along witht the cables and flip it around also be sure to use a good quality number 2 phillips screwdriver to avoid stripping the screws..dont pinch the gasket...be careful removeing the coolant hoses as well. replace whatever coolant may come out.
