I have attached a new Alpine stereo/mp3/CD device to the speakers, the ground and the ignition power but I cannot find a wire that is always on to supply power for the clock/remembering stations/remembering bluetooth devices. It's really annoying. I tried getting it from the cigarette lighter but on the Laser it is ignition switched as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated
Look in your Owners manual for the dome light fuse. They make clips and fuses with extended terminals on them. Remember to use the correct side of the fuse holder to provide a fused circuit to that assemble if it does not have its own in-line fuse.
If you do not know which fuse is the correct one, it will probably be small, like 5 amps, and then just remove the small fuses until you find the one that cuts power to the dome light.
