On your vehicle he crankshaft positioning sensor is placed at the bottom of the
plastic timing chain cover, you find it right behind the crank shaft pully.
The sensor is
held in place by a single 10mm bolt and a metal clip.
If you decide to do the job by yourself buy the Chilton or Haynes repair manual, with disassembly diagrams and pictures:

You can also find replacements here.
To install:
Interchange the wires and see.
also check the crank sensor, this may have gone bad and quite often can be the problem.
if the relays and the fuses seems to be good then there's an electric jumper on your distibutor if it is gone bad you don't get any power to the push pump .
please check that.
thanks.
also check
if you have voltage at the fuse block & voltage to the relay.
If voltage is present at both be sure to check the connector at the pump,
voltage can get lost at the connectors (barrels) due to grime or backprobing.
Be sure to test the ground circuit as well..
hopes this helps,
feel free for the further assistance.
thanks.
rate the solution if helped by it.
keep updated for further queries if any.
thanks.
