Honda service says the error code indicates an alternator problem. Fuses are all good. Vehicle was USA model imported to Canada with required work done for Canada registration. Problem is increasing in frequency and duration. Many troubleshooting attempts made by several Honda service.
Make sure all body grounds are clean and tight. Not only must the battery ground be clean and tight, you have body grounds also to make sure proper power gets to the instruments. There's a ground on the instrument panel also. Make sure it's connected. At least 2 grounds to the body under the dash must be clean and connected tight. Don't strip the screws out, just be sure they are connected.

It is in your owners manual. Information for many 2009 vehicles is not in our systems yet so we use the customers owner manual.
SOURCE: PCV valve for 2004 Hona CRV
PCV Valve Operation:
A vacuum-controlled metering device that regulates the flow of crankcase fumes in the positive crankcase ventilation system by allowing more flow at high speed than at low speed, and acts as a system shutoff in case of engine backfire to prevent an explosion in the crankcase.
Depending on your engine size, the PCV is a different style and slightly different location.
Usually they are mounted in a hole on your valve cover.... connected by a vacuum tube.
Some are mounted with threads into the engine block (usually by the oil filter)
On the '04 Crv - it is nearly inaccessible behind the AC compressor and beneath what looks like an old vacuum advance. Most PCV valves today do not need to be replaced, unless there is actual valve failure, which I have not seen happen. I would not be concerned about replacing it.

Sounds strange, look in your manual this may be a warning code if it bounces to the same rpm range. if not check your ecu black box ,if water or damp getting inside it may be causing the problem untill the engine heat dryes it out.
