Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

How come I have no ground signal at any of the coils on my 08 Ford Escape with a 3.0 V6?

PCM cuts injectors for many reasons and spark
in fact cutting spark always cuts fuel next (detected)

just scan the PCM BEFORE THE AFTER CRANKS BUT WILL NOT START.
1:CONNECT SCAN TOOL
2: CRANK FOR 5SEC (FAILING)
3:RELEASE KEY, DO NOT TURN OFF.
4: Scan it. see DTCs

the DMM sees random voltages measuring an open circuit due the the meter 10meg ohm input impedance.
to solve that put 10k ohm resistor from V1 red to ground black, at the 2 meter pins. for volts.
in fact automotive grade meters have that built in,
a 3 cent resistor.

spark dead (then fuel)fuel is cut to prevent crash and burn as seen on TV. at spark loss. and more,.

1: fuses blow, or grounds rusty.
2: CKP or CMP dead. (or way out of sync each other)
3: ecu sees collision switch tripped in SRS. oops. scan SRS to learn that.
4: TPS ground bad cuts fuel only,.or TBW damaged.
5: coil pack wiring bad.

you need to scan modern cars, guessing never works.
unless very lucky.

2000 honda civic, some days it will start and run fine all day. At other times its hard to start and will cut off while going down the highway or while at a stop light. Sometimes it will crank right back...

What have you done to check for possible issue ? Have you been current with the maintenance of your car ? When was last time you performed a tune up, to include air and fuel filter replacements ?
Do you have any codes or check engine light ?

94 jeep has no spark at spark plug

94 GC ZJ body.
which engine option?
says you have no spark
so you read the fsm. on that.
on spark an fueling and the ASD relay.
no gas car runs with no spark and jeep cuts fuel if no spark is MONITORED as true, by ECU.

what a shop does,
is scan it , if no scan tool
he, uses one of the other 2 ways scan,called the blinking light deal.
i crank for 5seconds, and see if it stores, code, 11 or others.
click ZJ

see chapter 25 on how to do flash CEL check engine tests.
the ECU will tell you if crank, cam senors are dead or they they are not dead but spark is.
if the ecu see any of those 3 errors, it cuts the ASD relay in 3seconds.

it take 2 people to do this.
person one keys start. and sees ASD close for 2seconds.
you key fast and person looks for spark
if no spark that means the ASD didnt close
1: if cam and crank DTCs didnt happen then its spark bad.
2: cam/and crank sensor pass. then no spark that means
the ignitor is dead or coil.
check spark at coil not spark plugs.... for better way.

why people get so confused here is that there is only 2 seconds
to see spark..
let me give a prime example here: (shows the ropes)
person 2 saw spark for 2 seconds, but the ECU saw the CKP crank sensor misfiring 1 out of 10 times. the ECU considers this bad
and cuts the ASD , killing ALL, and setting CKP dtc error
fix bad CKP.
see?
all 3 tests must pass or the ECU will cut the ASD.
the asd kills spark and fuel.
not just fuel.
tricky yes, but no crash and burn like seen on TV.

im not sure but this ECU might store all DTCs found cranking
some cars dont. store bad spark. only CKP and CMP bad.
the ECU does see the spark singles bouncing back from the ignition coil primary, if missing it cuts ALL>

1997 honda civic 1.6L DX SRS Air Bag light stuck on after drove throo heavy rain!

A code reader may not access the body computer, but a professional scanner should. You may be able to research the air bag system online and find a way to make the light flash the codes.
I would guess after reading your description one of the front crash sensors got water in the connector and the sensor has failed.

2002 honda civic SRS light on how do i reset it?

The SRS light comes on when there is a fault detected with your seat belts. You will need to scan the SRS system to get the trouble codes. you will need a high end scan tool for this. Once you know the codes you will have a much better idea of what to do next.

check for codes i think that your connector under driver seat is loose or corroded wires clean it and put it back again

Annoying airbags light warning

It sounds like your SRS system is throwing a code in the ECU. The only reason for this to happen is something is wrong with the SRS system. It may be somenthing as simple as a soft set coupler or as serious as the SRS main unit going bad. You need to have this checked by a reputable mechanic asap. The reason it goes off when you cut off the car and restart it is because the ECU resets and the code goes away and when you restart and drive the car the ECU picks up the failure again and your lite comes back on to tell you there is something wrong.

Srs airbag light is on on my 99 pontiac grand prix

If the seat belt light comes on intermittently with the belt buckled, it may have a bad switch in the buckle or a loose connection @ the switch. This may also set a diagnostic trouble code in the srs control module & keep the srs airbag light on.
