94 Toyota Camry XLE seatbelt light

While driving on the hwy ystrdy for 1 hr continuously my seatbelt light came on while I'm doing 50 on the hwy.My seatbelt was fastened & no one else was in the car.I clicked, unclicked,re clicked, the light never went out.I parked, came back an hour later, light is still on.I just bought this car off a friend 10 days ago as is with 146k miles on it.It has no real mechanical problems, only cosmetic:bulbs missing, terrible leather interior, faded wood, and a brake line I replaced for $60,but this latest dashboard light is annoying.Does anyone hv the seatbelt sensor code or a way to do a diagnostic to get it and turn the light out?Why is it on in the first place?BTW the owners manual is useless.

That's an interesting permanent fix,of course after the car was parked for a day the light has never come back on but I'm going to install some custom seat covers and that'll be the opportune time to fuse those wires and ground them so the light will be out for good..Thanx,I'll advise after I try it,if I can find the wiring.

Here is your solution:
What you have is a bad seat belt receiver (the female part). There is a switch inside of the receiver that needs to close to ground when the seat belt male part is inserted. You can either replace the seat belt receiver, OR, you can do this: Look under the seat for the wiring harness going to the seat belt receiver. You will find a Red with a Yellow tracer wire. Connect this wire to a grounded part of the body (the bolt for the receiver, on the floor, is usually OK), and the light will be out forever.
Please comment back if this helps, or you have any other questions.
And, Thanks for choosing FixYA!

How to replace a fog light bulb on a 2004 Toyota Camry

Video Description
The video above shows how to change the fog light bulb in your 2004 Toyota Camry. Not all models have fog lights - for many Toyotas, it depends on your trim level (XLE) or whether the fog light option was ordered when your Camry was manufactured. Fog lights are typically in the front bumper, below the headlight cluster and are helpful in poor visibility. If one fog light is burnt out on your Camry, we recommend changing both bulbs because the working bulb will be dimmer than the one you replaced and will likely burn out soon anyway.

When you change the foglight on your Camry, be careful not touch the glass part of the bulb with your fingers which causes the bulb to burn out earlier.

Does the 2012 Toyota Camry XLE have a feature I can use to tell me how much fuel is remaining after the fuel light has come on?

Nope, see the manual for an estimate of remaining fuel when the fuel light lights. e.g. My van has 1 1/2 gallons tops.
