Engine cut out

Sounds like you may have fuel filter problem. you may want to check the pump and filters located in or near the fuel tank.
Go directly to the source ( Fuel Tank, Pump, Filters, Fuel Pressure Regulator and Injectors )
You may have water or grit in the fuel
Hope this helps

Not getting any power to the fuel pump 1995 GMC Yukon 517 later

If you actually have NO power at the pump and the fuse and relay are good, then there is a break in the wire between the fuse block and the pump but most likely it is a bad fuel pump

Po300 multiple random misfire

i can recommend you to RUN the scanner/computer for easy diagnostic and fix it. The electronic vehicle is complicated you have faulty the PCM or BCM.etc.
see the diagram attached.

1997 GMC Yukon runs great but starts hard

That's often a sign of a failing check valve in the fuel pump. Try this. When you turn the key to RUN, the fuel pump activates for 2-seconds to boost any lost pressure. Try turning the key to RUN, then OFF and repeat three times. If the engine starts right up, you probably need a new fuel pump. The real test is called a leakdown test where the shop throws a pressure gauge on it and leaves it overnight. If it loses more than 5-10-psi, the check valve is shot. Can't be replaced separately .

99 yukon cuts out on the highway when accelerating but continues to run. replaced fuel pump and problem dramaticaly improved but still occures

Did you also replace the fuel filter when you replaced the fuel pump? A partially clogged filter will make the engine 'bog down' and lose power under heavy acceleration.

My 1995 yukon 4x4 5.7 engine starts but it seems that after it warms up and i put it on drive or reverse it shuts i changed the fuel pump the computer manifule catalitic converter and i still have that...

fernandezhug, In regard to your 95 yukon problem. I have a 95 yukon 4x4 also and I had a similar problem with my truck, I replaced numerous parts before I finally pinpointed the problem. Actually it was 3 things that work in sequence that caused my problem. I finally realized that the two injectors were feeding plenty of gas to the carb so it wasnt a fuel problem in my truck. Try changing the TPS (Throttle possisioning sensor) its located on the base of your carb they cost anywhere from $14-$30.00 at most parts stores. Next test your coil for spark, if it malfunctions it usually will miss or cause the truck to die out (stall).Next check the curcuit breakers under the hood there should be one for the ignition and its possible that could cause the problem too, of course there is a slight possibility you have a blown fuse, but I doubt it. The breakers cost about 15 bucks.Last replace the icm (ignition control module) its located on base of the distributor and requires very little effort to replace.have a set of star bits when you change it.The ICM usually costs around 25 bucks and the coil depends but I got a cheap on for under 40 dollars. Its well worth replacing those three or four things compared to the money you must have spent on just the fuel pump alone. I hope this helps. Good Luck!! P.S. I Love my yukon 4x4 its really a great truck.
