SOURCE: headlights wont burn on low beam

I had a similar problem. I found the switch under the steering wheel cowling was broke. I actually glued and repaired it and have had no further problems.

It has been a long time since I did it but I remember it was fairly easy to remove the cowling and inspect the switch. Good luck, ml

What you have sounds like a Headlight SWITCH Problem, You can check the Fuse for them (DOUBTFULL) but its a Large one @ Power distribution Box Under Hood.

Low beams on 2004 350z does not work. could it be a blown fuse, if so where is the fuse located?

Typically, the bulbs are burned out. check for power at the lights....Often one light burns out, and you fail to notice it, then the 2nd one burns out and mislead you to think something in the supply is at fault....

Hi I bought a halogen headlight on ebay for a 2004 nissan 350z that I am fixing. but it won't fit. the plugs don't match the one in the car. what do I have to do.

You may have the wrong part. Cross-reference the part number with the correct part number, which should be located in your owner's manual.
