That doesn't seem possible as the whole area is continually pumped with engine oil. The most like cause of 'squeaking', is the serpentine belt or the water pump.
Just due to the miles, may be a good idea to replace the shocks.
You may also want to look for grease fittings on the suspension and steering (ball joints, tie rods, U joints, etc.) and grease them all. A squeak is very hard to diagnose over the web. What you may try is have a friend bounce on the bumpers while you listen for the squeak. That may help you narrow its location, front right, front left, rear right, rear left. Could be a bushing in a control arm or leaf spring or a metal to metal squeek.

If you are planning to do this via shade tree like mysef, I have used a hydraulic floor jack on one end of the leaf spring touse the weight of the truck to depress the spring enough to pull the spring bolt out. It's a bit tricky... be very cautious if you do this.
