You need the details of the engine and chassis that they RV is built on. Normally something like a Ford F-350. Once you know that, you can search for parts and diagrams. Looks like a Chevy 454 P chassis. Then it depends on what hoses? A properly crafted search query can find most things.
Did you check voltage at battery while running? Or at alternator. Watch voltage at battery at idle, see if there is a drop over a period of time. Should be 13.5-14 volts. It may be as easy as replacing the battery, not just recharging it. Also check terminals to make sure voltage is making it back to the battery.
Is the circuit open between the alternator and the battery ? Have you had the alternator tested while on the car ? The small wire coming from the warning light "turns on" the alternator, but it needs battery voltage on the large wire and a good ground to work.
check alternator output with engine running.you should have 13.5 - 14.5 volts if not alternator not charging.check alternator wiring to battery feed to alternator.check alternator voltage regulator wiring check alternator fuse make drive belt not slipping.and you have the correct cold cranking amp battery.bad old worn out battery cables will cause charging problems.because old battery cables put high resistance on the charging circuit.if battery cables old as vechicle replace them.
I would first try replacing the belt. These normally last about 5 to 7 years. It may be somewhat glazed, allowing it to slip under load. If that does not work, you might need to replace the tensioner pulley.
There are usually only 3 wires to an alternator. The heavy red power output, a light field input, and the chassis ground.
There are about 20 different types of Geo Metro alternators, so I can't be sure, but I doubt your extra wire are for the alternator. Often a wiring harness will have all the possible wires, whether they are needed or not, such as AC, etc. Look at one in a used car lot or salvage yard.
Thanks do you know what excites the alternator on a 94 454 chevy?
