Yes it is the wire that comes from the alternator/battery lite in the dash.

Can I get a wiring diagram for the motor on a 454 1986 Southwind RV and for the radiator and where the hoses go

You need the details of the engine and chassis that they RV is built on. Normally something like a Ford F-350. Once you know that, you can search for parts and diagrams. Looks like a Chevy 454 P chassis. Then it depends on what hoses? A properly crafted search query can find most things.

Fully charged battery discharged after trip. Alternator output 14.4 volts, AC out 13.8 volts, Recharged from AC for trip home, dead again at home.

Did you check voltage at battery while running? Or at alternator. Watch voltage at battery at idle, see if there is a drop over a period of time. Should be 13.5-14 volts. It may be as easy as replacing the battery, not just recharging it. Also check terminals to make sure voltage is making it back to the battery.

94 chevy pickup alternator problems

Have you checked for battery power at the large alternator post, and power at the small wire with the key switch on ?

Alternator is good...no output towards battery...no voltage coming out of alternator battery light on...won't charge

Is the circuit open between the alternator and the battery ?
Have you had the alternator tested while on the car ?
The small wire coming from the warning light "turns on" the alternator, but it needs battery voltage on the large wire and a good ground to work.

New battery , wires and plugs and still have trouble starting in the mornings, get a jump and starts. After running vehicle for awhile I turn it off and try starting it it will start.

check alternator output with engine running.you should have 13.5 - 14.5 volts if not alternator not charging.check alternator wiring to battery feed to alternator.check alternator voltage regulator wiring check alternator fuse make drive belt not slipping.and you have the correct cold cranking amp battery.bad old worn out battery cables will cause charging problems.because old battery cables put high resistance on the charging circuit.if battery cables old as vechicle replace them.

Everytime the car is started hot or cold the alternator belt screems momentary and goes away. the car has a new battery fitted and the alternator has had new bearings, regulator, diode module (four pin reg)...

I would first try replacing the belt. These normally last about 5 to 7 years. It may be somewhat glazed, allowing it to slip under load. If that does not work, you might need to replace the tensioner pulley.

I'm trying to find out how many wires connect on the alternator for a 1994 Geo Metro, I have the wires plugged into the alternator and then have a black and yellow, black and a green and black wire and I'm...

There are usually only 3 wires to an alternator.
The heavy red power output, a light field input, and the chassis ground.

There are about 20 different types of Geo Metro alternators, so I can't be sure, but I doubt your extra wire are for the alternator. Often a wiring harness will have all the possible wires, whether they are needed or not, such as AC, etc. Look at one in a used car lot or salvage yard.
