First thing is to look at the a/c fuse and relay under the hood in the power panel. Possible blown fuse or a bad relay. If no blown fuse or bad relay found then go to passanger side of truck and you will see a black canaster with a low pressure switch on it. Remove plug to switch and using a jumper wire jump out the plug to see if the compressor clutch comes in. (have the truck running with the a/c selector switch on ). If the clutch comes on then it's either you have very little freon gas in system or the low pressure switch is bad and will need to replace it. Use small pliers to remove switch and replace it with a new switch, make sure it has a new o-ring inside switch before installing it. Hope this will help you.

SOURCE: my 2004 dodge ram 3500 deisel only blows on high
Probably just the a/c resistor which is a big black block thing just under the passenger dash. You dont need to remove the dash just crane your head underneath and you will see it. Mine went and i got another off Amazon for about $30. Apparently they tend to go every so often. The one give-away is that it only works on high. Good luck!

Check your fuse's first, replace if burnt out, test for power to fan motor using voltmeter. Test motor continuity same way to make sure this still works. Check that nothing is obstructing the fan down inside the vent, Blow out with air-hose (be careful)
