Well is the battery dieing while engine is running? If you have replaced all the parts you listed and the battery dies, it is a connection problem. Check for a master buss fuse between the battery and the alternator. On some cars these may be very hidden, some not so much. If this fuse is blown then voltage can not get to the battery. Hope that helps.

98 crysler concorde wonr hold charge pulled alternator tested good put back in but still drains battery

Has the battery been tested? Have you run a battery draw test with a multimeter set to milli amps? If so what is the reading? Also check and make sure no lights are on in the car, check the visor vanity lights, glove box, console if equipped, trunk all of them, do it at night.

I have a 2000 Chrysler Concorde, and the battery light keeps going off an on. I've already bought a new battery and Crankshaft Position Sensor. It's been starting hard and the battery just died in it.

Did you have the alternator checked? When the battery light comes on, it indicates either the battery is very bad and is draining power from the system, or the alternator is not providing enough voltage to keep the battery charged.
Once you have the electrical problem taken care of, and the system is getting proper voltage, you can see if you continue to have problems with the engine performance. (The crankshaft position sensor has nothing to do with battery charging)

Why does,nt alternator charge the battery?

You need to check the small connector that plugs into the back of the alternator. One of the pins will have a power supply when the ignition is in the on position. It could be 12v or 5v so a voltmeter should be used to detect it. If no power check fuses. Possible bad charge fuse or wiring to the alternator. If power supply is there, possible faulty alternator ( even though it's new )

2000 Cavalier 2.2: Put in new starter. 2 days & it

The battery and alternator may have been ok.
You have a fuse or fuseable link between the alternator and battery to protect it. If you have battery voltage at the battery post and not at the alternator post, there is a break in that circuit.
If the battery cable goes to the starter, the alternator wire may go from there and that could be where the fuseable link is.
Fuseable links are special thin wires that act like fuses.

2000 Chrysler Concorde, completely shutdown while sitting at red light. No power at all, not even hazard lights. any ideas?

If your alternator is'nt charging, this will run the battery down, at the same time cause your car to die...This would be one cause....
