Need wiring diagram for glow plug relay

Wow that sounds expensive for a relay. You didnt say what year it is and you thought it was a 7.3 powerstroke. Sounds like its a 6.0 powerstroke I could see that relay costing that many bones. If its a 7.3 liter you should be able to buy one them glow plug relays yourself and with a basic set of sockets change it yourself. You just need to unhook both ground wires on the batterys before you start. Should take like 30 mins max on a 7.3 liter. But a year and engine size would make it easier to help you.

If you are looking for a complete wiring harness diagram then faxonautoliterature has the original Ford service manual for your truck which has complete diagrams in it. If you are looking for components to check then Haynes Diesel Engine Repair Manual, part # 10330 has good diagrams of components and terminals pinpointed for testing purposes as well as the specs for those tests and a good diagnostic section.
