I need Wiring Diagram 4 Ford 1996 E-250 Econoline Van for Battery ,Starter & Soloinds,&fuel pump& fuel relays

Fords have inertia fuel cut off switch. You need to check that first. If you dont have fuel. If you have fuel and no spark you need to check for inj pulse to injector. Make sure no fuses are blown. If no spark and no injector pulse then replace cranksensor.

if it just clicks at selanoid i would check connection at selanoid could have come loose. 2 batterys, only thing i can think of is that there is a lot of electrical componets in the van along with a big gas engine. I don't know of any relays, just get both batterys charged up and i think you will be all right

What you need to do is check you fuel pressure. Go to a local auto parts store and buy a fuel injection pressure tester. The pressure fitting is on the top of the motor its a 3/8 ish sized metal line and has a screw on fitting like a tire valve does. This line comes up from the back of the motor to the right of the distributor and goes down into the intake. Make sure to have a rag handy to catch the fuel seepage. After you connect the pressure tester turn the key on and off three times and read the gage you should have atleast 58 pounds of pressure. If you have 56 pounds it won't run because the fuel injectors are a poppit valve style and need atleast 58 pounds of pressure to operate.

Just for the hell of it replace the fuse with a new one relative to the fuel pump also clean and inspect all electrical plugs and connections associated with the fuel system. There may be a bad ground with out the truck in front of me it will be difficult to go any further it is possible the pump is not creating enough pressure to close the relay have you replaced the fuel filter? If possible do a fuel pressure check at the fuel rail it should be 30 - 40 psi if not replace the pump.
