I'm suspecting that it's not a fuse issue. It's more like a PCM (power train control module) issue. If the PCM is faulty something will surely fail. First to consider is to replace the PCM if that's the case, but before proceeding please try this trick. Remove the positive battery connector and let it sit for at least 5mins. or more before reconnecting it. This will reset the system and can get your vehicle back to it's normal operation.
If the problem still persists then go for the PCM replacement. I believe you'll be good after the replacement.
