It is an internal / insert paper filter, follow the fuel lines to the housing.

Special tools required to remove & refit, the new filter will damage if touched by fingers!!

Engine dies on me then starts up again vaxhall vectra 2.2 dti estate

Not familiar with the vehicle however, if the "d" in "dti" stands for diesel, id check the large fuel filter; usually under the hood (bonnet). Possibly only needs the air bled out -especially if the filter has been changed recently.

What is fault code po052

p0052 , vauxhall. no year???????????????,
my guess, no vaux, here. in usa.
is bad oxygen sensor heater (10x burned off wires)
is this a v6?
Bank2, sensor 1, heater.
a real FSM tells you the exact meaning per engine, not much else will.

or B2S1 we call it.
bank 2 is that bank that is on the #1 cylinder side.
here ill google this (me dumb using google lies)lol
3rd hit.
http://www.astraownersclub.com/vb/showthread.php/571072-List-of-Fault-codes-and-how-to-check-for-them

diesel.
a Fiat GM engine.
The most common JTD engine is the 1.9 L (1,910 cc, 82 mm bore, 90.4 mm stroke) straight-4 found on various brands and models.

must be Vectra -C (gen)
The four-cylinder diesel engine was replaced in 2004 by a Fiat-designed 1.9 litre Ecotec CDTI engine capable of producing 89 kW (119 hp) in 8v form and 110 kW (148 hp) in 16v form.[12]

OK its and I-4
so why pray tell, does and I-4 have a bank 2 (its no V6)
my wild guess, is like my JEEP I6, it has a split exhaust manfold
and 4 oxy senstors.
so on mine, B2S1 is the top, rear sensor,
B2S2 , S2 is always behind the CAT.

these odd facts, are why and FSM always wins
sorry i dont have one to prove, this. (split deal)
good luck.
