Take rear lamps out of their sockets and turn on power if fuse still blows more than likely its a wire. Did you check the TAG LIGHTS, and side marker lights?

SOURCE: Headlights not working after smoke came thru AC vents

That sounds like a serious issue. You SAFEST bet is to take it to a certified mechanic, but if you're intent on trying to do it yourself, I suggest buying a Hanes or Chilton's manual for that model car. It will have the wiring systems diagrams and is only about $15 at most autoparts stores. Without it, there's little hope.

SOURCE: no brake lights when i push the pedal

Its the signal light switch on the lever.
THe signal switch has all connections relating to the brake lights!
solution play around with the lever and see or get someone to see the brake lights work with the brake pedal down.
My car does the same thing! when i move the lever towards activaiting the high beams the brake lights work.
just gently push on the lever to see the lights go on.
you have to replace the switch and requires removing the steering wheel without setting off the airbag.

SOURCE: DASH LIGHTS AND TAILLIGHTS NOT WORKING

There seems to be a unwritten rule that the tail lights are on the same wire as the dash board lights ... if you have no dash board lights, neither do you have tail lights. There is a blown fuse somewhere, your job is to find the wire causing the trouble and it is likely at a most inconvenient place near a hinge.

Good luck with your repair.

When you say "all fuses good" Does that mean the fuse panel on the passenger side end of dash...
and both power distribution boxes under the hood? They are attached to the fenders and you will have to remove the metal straps running over the covers to open them. Check power wire going to each box for tightness and 12 volts. If all the fuse's, relay's, and circuit breakers are good, you may have an issue with the "Body Control Module". You will find it under passenger side dash, behind the glove box. Might even be an issue with the ignition switch.

Taillight fuse keeps blowing

There's a short to ground somewhere. Remove all tail light bulbs and turn the tail lights on. If the fuse blows, the short is in the wiring or the bulb sockets; look for the cause.
If the fuse is good, replace the bulbs, one-at-a-time till the fuse blows. Either that bulb or socket has a short.

DO NOT use a larger amp fuse, you'll burn up the wiring in the car, might catch the car on fire.

If the problem is intermittent, look for a frayed wire near the body of the car.

The taillights on my ford f150 xlt 2003 don't work it's burning the fuse what can be wrong with it

There could be a shorted filament in one of the bulbs. Take them both out and see if the fuse blows. If it does then the harness has a short somewhere. If you have a hitch on it check the wires inside the wiring jack on the bumper.

The taillight circuit includes the front parking lights.
You would need to take the bulbs out and check each socket for a short to ground.

My tail lights are not working, it keeps blowing my fuse.

1.Unplug your taillights at the sockets and the front running lights from sockets.
2. put in new fuse after unplugging taillights.
3 turn on taillights if fuse blows then the wiring is grounding out somewhere between the switch, fuse panel, and rear and or front parking lights.
4.If fuse does not blow then plug in one socket at a time keep rechecking fuse. when the fuse blows after plugging in a certain socket suspect that one to be bad and replace.

Chrysler 1992 Voyager a short somewhere in the wiring, keeps blowing the fuse for the tail lights? How do I find it?

Check the taillight sockets, if not there you'll have to check the wiring for that circuit from the fuse box back to the taillights, also check to see if there are anyother items are on that circuit.

check the tail light assembly for corrosion.instead of a fuse alone, wire a 12 volt test light in series with the fuse.when a short appears say from a bad wire, the bulb in the test light will glow bright.there has to be a short somewhere ,maybe in the wiring.
