Return to the dealership for warranty if it failed in a day and half, that means they haven't repaired it for the price you paid.

SOURCE: my car keeps burning oil

Smoke from oil being burned is blue,, so I dont think that is the issue.. Black smoke is unburned gas.. The cause of this could be several things - to include he following..
The most efficient thing to do is -
replace the fuel filter(s),,
replace the oxygen sensors,,
replace the air filter,,
replace the pcv valve,,
plugs + wires,,
Check the timing.....
These things are not a furtune and could very well take care of the issue..

I hope this helps !!

SOURCE: Sputtering Belt in Engine. Slow shifting into gears.

Change the belt it sounds like it may be split somewhere.Just remove it and inspect it .

90% of all transmission problems are due to a defective battery. Why? because of the electronics they run off of. Now is it crank no start or no crank condition.
Start off with battery. Make sure its fully charged and terminals are a-ok. Then do starter checks . Let me know what you got at this point ,, cause chances are if battery died the codes are lost . Keep me posted I
'll get you threw it.

What mileage or duration should I change the transmission oil of my 1999 Honda accord (HONDA ACCORD 1999)

My Accord V6 '99 has over 215,000. You can use synthetic transmission oil if its zr1 compatible. I change mine every 60,000 or so. Its 3 qts for the v6. The nissan maximas are the ones that have transmissions that generally dont last past 120,000 miles. Why do you still see many 98 and 99 accords still on the road Carlos?
If yours went at 70,000 than you need to buy a haynes manual and keep up with the maintenance on your car. By the way. Honda Accords are notorious for running fine after 200,000 miles. The parts are easy access and if you use a cheap obd2 scanner you can zero in on any problem with the car.

99 honda acoord ex dies while driving

I chased the same issue with my 99 for about 1-1/2 years. Everytime I took it in, it worked fine for them. They recommended changing many items from the alternator to the fuel pump. I did what they said on my own, but nothing helped. It took me a while to document what I was doing everytime it would stall and giving them the list, only for them to say, "it sounds like the main relay" which they changed for me at no charge. Haven't had a problem in over three years.

95 honda accord V6 tachometer jumping and cutting out.

I had the same problem with my 1995 Honda Accord V6 2.7L a year ago. It was a pain to have Honda diagnose the problem because it was intermittent and every time I took my car in to the dealership they said they couldn't reproduce the problem, but the longer you wait the more frequently your tachometer will fluctuate. I finally stopped by the dealership when the tachometer was jumping and they were able to diagnose the problem. In my case there was a faulty resistor in the ignition coil, but the entire ignition coil needs to be replaced. I don't know anything about cars but I know this fixed my problem. I went directly though Honda's service center so I know they charged me more than an independent repair shop but I'm looking at my invoice now and I paid $150 for the ignition coil and $200 for labor. After Honda diagnosed the problem I searched for "1995 honda accord ignition coil tachometer" and found that other people had the same problem and replacing the ignition coil was the fix. Hope this helps.
