It will probably be a worn belt, examine belt for cracks and shiney spots.
You can buy a spary belt conditioner from the parts store but I would suggest replacement

Go to YouTube, and enter "2005 Hyundai Tiburon GT valve timing" in the search box. You will find several videos that deal with changing the timing belt and water pump. Toward the end of each video, when they are reassembling the components, they will show the correct way to set the crankshaft pulley and cam pulleys to properly time the engine.

My truck is sqeaking around the belt? I have replaced the tenion pulley and the idler pulley but it is still sqeaking?

if the belt is dry replace it to for it will squeak as well.
also a glaze can be on all pulleys so wire brushing them all will clean the glaze off and eliminate the squeaks too

How do I change the timing belt on a 2003 Tiburon

2003 Hyundai Tiburon 2.7L MFI DOHC 6cyl

Inspection
Inspect the drive belt for signs of glazing or cracking. A glazed belt will be perfectly smooth from slippage, while a good belt will have a slight texture of fabric visible. Cracks will usually start at the inner edge of the belt and run outward. All worn or damaged drive belts should be replaced immediately.
Removal & Installation
  1. Raise and support the vehicle.
  2. Remove the engine splash shield.
  3. Rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise to release the drive belt tension.
  4. Remove the drive belt from the alternator.
  5. Slowly release the drive belt tensioner.
  6. Remove the drive belt from the accessory drive pulleys.
To install:
  1. Install the drive belt to the accessory drive pulley.
  2. Rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise.
  3. Install the drive belt to the alternator.
  4. Ensure the drive belt is properly aligned and seated into the grooves of the accessory drive pulleys.
  5. Slowly release the drive belt tensioner
  6. Install the engine splash shield.
  7. Lower the vehicle.

I need instructions on replacing the timing belt

1. Remove the Alternator Belt.
2. Remove the Water Pump Pulley
3. Remove the Air Conditioner Belt and Power Steering Belt.
4. Remove the Crankshaft Pulley.
5. Remove the timing belt cover
6. Remove the timing belt tensioner pulley.
7. Remove the Timing Belt.
8. (If Replacing) Remove Idler Pulley.
Installation is reverse of removal. Keep a close eye on the timing marks on the cam sprockets to make sure you don't knock anything out of whack.

I would strongly recommend replacing the water pump while you are replacing the timing belt. (The water pump usually comes in the timing belt kit.) Otherwise you are going to have to do this all over again when your water pump goes out. Good Luck.
