First, I am not a Chrysler mechanic, but have replaced several water pumps. Unless you know you need a timing chain, you likely do not need to replace that. Water pump is pretty easy to replace. Pull belts off, un-bolt the water pump, and pull it off. Scrape the old gasket off. Paint new water pump mating surface with gasket sealiing stuff, apply gasket, paint back of gasket with more sealing stuff, then bolt it up. Replace belts, and done.
You didn't take it apart and therefore i suggest to leave it to him, you can get a manual and try, but i warn you one false step can leave you with the problem to have to take it all apart again, and that can be just mixing up two bolts and having one bolltom out instead of pulling in tight, just warning you
All gas charged supports are not created equal. I recommend using O.E. for this application.
Snow,ice and trapped water make the lid heavier than it should be make sure these are not the issue.
IF THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW IS WORKING IT IS NOT A FUSE PROBLEM AS THESE ARE ON THE SAME CIRCUIT. MOST LIKELY IT WILL NEED A WINDOW MOTOR/REGULATOR ASSEMBLY WHICH IS BETTER HANDLED BY YOUR LOCAL TECH. HOPE THIS HELPS!
you need to loosen the clamp on the throttle body and unplug the map sensor then there are two clips on the other end pull that out and you should be able to pull the filter out you don't need to take the box off.
