It wont go away because their is a mechanical problem and or problem with oil change [ not enough oil wrong filter etc ] will need to have vehicle scanned for the fault code to determine the problem most auto stores offer this service for free

I had the same problem what worked for me was to turn the key to run (without starting engine) go to the oil life screen and then press and hold the check mark button for several seconds. The oil life went back to 100 % instantly.

the directions in the owners book did not work for me but to reset the oil life I went to the oil life screen and held the accelerater down and then held the checkmark down and it reset

Not 100% sure about Suzukis but on my ford the same happened to me and I had to program them at the same time. Hopefully this helps.

under or behind the glove box is where the cabin filters are located before the evaporator and after the blower fan will be easy to see as a removable one inch by eight inch tray
