I am hearing a noise from the rear that sounds suspension related. It is specifically on the passenger rear side. I have looked to see if there is any damage or noticeable parts with issues and have not seen anything. I have replaced the struts on the rear and am still hearing this sound....Any Suggestions?

Check sway bar. On some models as suspension sags, sway bar outer ends will contact the body, leaving a mark or dent just above the end, causing a bang over bumps. Only way to correct this is to change springs or add a spring lift.

From your description it sounds like you have a bad CV joint, in the front.
This example shows what the CV joint, and axle together, looks like for the Drivers side. (Not advertising for these people)

only on right turns?? a smaller tire would have resulted in damage if the rear is a locking type rearend. IF it is a locking rear end I would change the oil, noting the color and how it looks. replace it and add some "slip additive"............. IF its not a locking type axle, maybe a spider gear problem, but thats inside the housing, not out by the wheel. You may need to take the axle out and inspect the axle/ bearing.

you need to preform an inspection, you may have something improperly installed, or there maybe other realted issues , you may have a cracked break drum and or rotor...
SOURCE: Heater not working and somehow draining battery power.
I'm guessing the blower motor relay is stuck on, the relay are usually in or near the fuse box. Sometime those relays can get so hot they weld the contacts together. I would suggest disconnecting the battery when you are not using the vehicle, until you can get it to a shop to get it fixed. The vehicle could very possibly start on fire so make sure you don't park it in your garage with the battery connected.
