Easiest way - You can connect a good battery to your car (borrow a friend's) - if it cranks over and stays lit - it's the battery. When it is running on the friend's battery - use an Amp meter to tell if the alternator is generating any amps. Just stick the probes up to the wires on the alternator and see if the meter moves. If it doesn't move you need a new alternator and regulator.
Amp meters are cheap and you can get one at Radio Shack.

The fuel filter is located underneath the car in front of the gas tank.
You have release the fuel pressure. Remove the fuel filler cap, locate the fuel test port on the fuel rail on the passenger side on the end of the right real fuel rail for a 3.1L engine.
3.8L engine yhr test port is located at the pressure regulator under the trim cover.
SOURCE: Heater/AC Fan does not work in our 1998 Buick Century
Fan will be under dash on passengers side , Removing glove box might be needed, Gm also uses a blower resister ro control fan speeds. First check your fuse and then check and make sure your getting 12 volts to the terminal at the blower, You could have a blown fuse, a bad switch, or a bad resister , if your getting voltage to blower motor then most likely it will be the motor. These are not to difficult to change. I hope this helps, please be aware I can only guess at what the problem is from my past experience.
SOURCE: 91 Buick Century 2.5 L brake light on & battery light on
For the Brake light to stay on and the fluid is up...sounds like your sensor is playing dead......
For the battery to die after only (4) hours..you have a very big drain on the battery itself.....without the vehicle right here to look at would be very hard to even guess...electrical problems are a hands on chore...
I'd take it to your garage/mechainc

It could be the fuse, does it go down? If not chk. fuse, if fuse ok, see if you can help it down by pushing down on window wile working switch, and also same wile trying to go up, if it don't work or if its slow chanses are the motor is tired and needs replaced or its lost power like bad switch or broken wire. there is also a chanse it came off the track in witch case the door panel will have to be removed.
