Cable came out from hood latch, now can't open the hood to replace the cable, tried taking off front d/s tire but didn't help, can't get my hand anywhere near the latch. Thanks in advance.

Hi, What series engine is your vehicle equiped with? It will start with an M? The plugs are hidden under a cover, and it depends on the series.

from under the car you will need to get up to where the actual catch mechanism is located, from there you should be able to manually release the hood, it may take some effort , but there will be access,although limited... if there is part of the cable accessible grab it with vice grips and pull, hood should release. if not you'll have to find the part on the catch itself that the cable connects too and pull it to release.
