    That's too bad that your car's transmission is slipping and leaking. My truck's is leaking and that's bad enough, I think. It's probably stained my driveway by how much it's been leaking. What causes chugging and transmission slipping
Hi Michael,

Thats a sign that you need to have the transmission repaired. You need to replace parts like release bearing, pressure plate and clutch disc. This parts causes the slipping and chugging.

Transmission not shiftin


For car not changing gears it can be shifter assembly issue, or it can also be transmission issue. Get the shifter assembly inspected with ignition OFF.

make sure that you have the proper amount of transmission fluid. If the tran still has issues then it could just be that the gears on the inside of the transmission need to be rebuilt or replaced.
