Check the bulbs. DAYTIME Running Lights are controlled by the Body Control Module. You need an auto electrician for that.

Do you have a ABS Light at the same time?

Sounds like the float mechanism in the gas tank is bad

I suggest check the FUSE in the passnger fuse panel.

It is your battery. I just had this happen to me, had the battery checked and replaced.

The condenser fan motor is bad. Does it work when you drive? If so your fan is not pulling in air....60 bucks on Ebay
