For 1998 Pontiac Sunfire 2.2L SFI OHV 4cyl the Vehicle Speed Sensor, is located mounted on transmission.

In an automatic transmission, the dipstick should be located around back of the engine. You let the engine run to normal operating temp. and you check the fluid level, add as needed. You add through the dipstick tube with a funnel. Hope this helps.

E20 is a read error...could be bad media (ie CD format like from your PC). Otherwise, unplug the changer and plug back in.

try checking the coolant resivoir level sensor has not come loose or got a bad conections in the plug.

Don't remember exactly but should be on the grille (radiator side of engine) mounted near where the rear of the engine meets the transmission. (if you buy the new one before you start, look at it so you can find what you are removing.

you need a OBD-II code reader or take it to autozone they do it free

You can not access the codes unless you use a code reader, this is because of the letter prefix and the number of codes, there are P codes for the engine and trans, B codes for the body, and I codes for some of the other systems in the body. These scanners are cheap, about $30 on ebay.
