Water There is water collecting on the floor behind the driver seat every time it rains. Can't find any leaks. Also, drivers window control cluster isn't working. i bought a new one, plugged it in and it still wont work. It IS getting power. I think I bought a used LEMON. I love the car otherwise.

2004 Ford Mustang water floor behind drivers seat lotta rain lotta water 1-2". Same level as lower portion of trunk. Could it runs along the window, body seal/trunk to floor?

I don't think it can make from the trunk to the back floor.A better bet would be a leak with the weatherstripping at the back or bottom of the driver's door.

Wet driver side floor

I used to get water in my trunk when it rained hard. I re-caulked the rear window and it stopped. A water leak has a capillary effect meaning it will follow ridge lines and can appear in unlikely areas after it flows downward. I sometimes get water on my driver side door when I wash the car and spray sideways to rinse. I would check all your rubber seals around the windshields and doors.

Water leak driver floor board

A water leak under the dash could be the heater leaking near the glove box, or a windshield leak, or sometimes the drain tube for that area has gotten plugged up and needs to be cleared out. Most times a little blast of air pressure will do it.
Hope this helps.

Back floor wet after it rains

On a dry day take a garden hose and shoot water in any area that could leak and check and see if there is water in any of those areas. Also check under the car to see if there are holes or cracks that could leak. A rust spot will sometimes leak as well.

Major water leak when it rains, water runs down driver side floor

Keep looking by covering area at hood etc and running water on the vehicle to locate where it is coming in---Windshield?

This is the best way if you cannot trace the stains from water to source.

I have a 2005 Volvo S60.... The floor behind the drivers seat is soaked with water.... It is not anti-freeze and appears to be clear clean water.... HELP... I noticed water on the drivers side floor so I...

Well, do you suspect rain? If not, a/c water does this. It is remarkably clean, compared to other leaks...Look for little black press on hoses about 1/2 inch in diameter...often dislodged in error by a foot or repair guy.....

This drain comes from the very bottom of the heater box areas...

Water on back seat floor

It could be caused by blocked sunroof drains. Thats where I'd look first.
Good luck!
