2005 navigator power folding mirrors

Power folding mirrors and power driver seat keep blowing fuse #3. I see no loose wires below the drivers seat or door jam pinching a short. I have also read about fuse 109 but have not checked that. I replaced fuse 3 after going to the car wash, the fuse blew.

The wiring harness to the mirrors is likely rubbed through, pull the door panel off on the driver side first and check the mirror harness.

Windows power mirrors and dome light are not working after replacing outside drivers mirror..

Sounds like the main plug in for powering the door is not completely plugged in, or a wire got loose. Check that connector to be sure it is completely seated. Also check the fuse box for a blown fuse.

The side view mirrors will not move using the control

There are 2 fuses associated with the power mirrors, fuses F4 & F3.

The next thing to check ( if equiped ) do the power seats still work ?
The reason I ask, is if the power seats do not work, this ( usually ) is a broken splice in the driver's side door sill. The broken wire also has other items associated with it.

Start with checking the fuses, and if they are good check for power at the power mirror switch on the :
F3 - Orange w/ Light Green stripe wire.
F4 is for the power fold module ( in 06 a King Ranch option ).

Power seat doesnt work 2005 f150

If you have the memory seats, there are 2 fuses to check, Fuse #3 and Fuse # 109 or 108 ( drivers or pass ). 108 & 109 are for the non memory seat version ( the driver's side seat has the 1 & 2 buttons on it, on the side ).

If both of these check OK, there are 2 routes.
1. Check for power at the power seat module
1.1. Fuse #3 = pin #1, Orange w/ light green stripe wire.
1.2. Fuse # 109 = pin #1 ( on the other connector ) Dark Green wire.
Both are hot at all times, key position does not matter.

The non memory seat version is just fuse #109, Dark green.

Route #2 is some times there is a water leak in the driver's side door sill. There is a wire that is spliced ( 1 in, 2 out ) that can corrode and break. If this happens, there are usually other symptoms ( open door will not shut of radio, power mirrors don't work, etc ).

Lacking other symptoms, Focus on those 2 fuses, and making sure power is under the seat at the connector.

04 Lincoln Navigator folding mirrors, seat memory, seat dont work

most likely a pinched wire around the seat causing a short to the seat frame every once in a while when the seat is in the right place. start with checking stuff that moves most often (driver's memory seat)
