2002 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR FRONT AC ISSUE

My front ac is blowing warm while my rear ac is blowing cold with out any issues. I can put the front on vent and adjust the heat to the warmest setting and then work it back to the coolest seting and the system responds fine. However the ac will not blow cold. I have checked the low pressure ac line and it is cold, the compressor is switching on as it should. could the blend door still be the cause even though the door seems to be working fine while on heat?

SOURCE: Bad Ac/Heat Blend door

In the vent piping deep under the dashboard...the door is usually controlled by vacuum servos.  Generally the door it's self doesn't go bad, it's an associated component.

if the heater core is getting hot then the problem is the air temp control blend door actuator, a common problem.

SOURCE: 1996 lincoln towncar. No a/c compressor engagement unless jumped

the control unit is no good.i had a similar situation with a 98 tracker, and installed a switch to give it a ground for the compressor relay that comes from the a/c computer module.
it works good and goes on and off with the a/c switch.

well it is a blend, mode door (dampers) problem
it is a purely air distribution error.

Is there a rear condenser fuse on 2003 Lincoln Navigator

Condenser? What type of condenser? The AC condenser is in front of the radiator. Condensers don't have fuses, they are like a radiator for AC refrigerant gas to cool it, before going to the compressor.

AC unit is blowing both cold and warm mixing as if

Sounds to me like you've got a stuck door. One of the doors in the air ducts isn't closing/opening all the way. Possibly stuck or possibly a vacuum leak or disconnected/broken vacuum hose. Only way to know is to pull the dash apart. Sucks but gotta be done.

My heater does not work, inside of the panel show well, botton up,

I'm not an expert, but I took my 2000 Lincoln Nav to the shop and they told me the issue is that my accuator is not opening properly to allow the heat to go through; therefore, it's overheating. That's why I can feel some heat on the front in the back. All vents, including the rear vent blows strong, but they blow very cold.

Unfortunately, I'm also having an issue with my engine intake manifold or intake gasket being cracked causing anti-freeze to leak out of my tailpipe and smell badly through the vents - even on defrost - so until that's fixed, I'll never have heat.
