The ABS SRS and BRAKE lights come on and remain ON for a few minutes. Then after about 10 mins the SRS light remian ON.The Brak light comes ON and goes off intermittently. Took it to the Dealer, spend $300 and 3 hours they could not find the problem.
i have a 2002 honda crv with the same problem, the srs light is always on. about three months ago i received a letter from honda saying the srs light was being recalled and to take it to the dealership to get fixed for free. when i brought it to the dealership they had my car for three hours and called me saying the problem wasnt covered under the recall and if i wanted it fixed i had to pay them!!!!! so now i drive with the srs light on and try to ignore it. hopefully your srs problem is covered by the recall. good lucki have a 2002 honda crv with the same problem, the srs light is always on. about three months ago i received a letter from honda saying the srs light was being recalled and to take it to the dealership to get fixed for free. when i brought it to the dealership they had my car for three hours and called me saying the problem wasnt covered under the recall and if i wanted it fixed i had to pay them!!!!! so now i drive with the srs light on and try to ignore it. hopefully your srs problem is covered by the recall. good luck

Airbag light. ABS ALSO - the speedometer, rev counter and engine temp ... 30 mins driving (apart from engine management light which stays on). ... I have ruled out problems with the alternator and the relays - they're all fine.

airbag abs srs light diagnose without a scanner air bag ... Alsowhen I tried the scan plugging the paper ...
1) try to use the self diagnose. 2) place ignition swtuch in the start position, the lights coming on 3) engine starts, the brake light sould turn off inmediately. the ABS ligth will illuminate for aprox 6 seconds. 4) test drive the vehicle at speed above 20mph for a few minutes. during the test the both test lights should remain off, if any one of the warninign light utron, take note of the condition. 5) stop the vechicle using the braking pressure.both light should remain offf during the stopping procedure. 60 place the gear selector in to PARK, and observe the warning lights, they should both be off. God bless you
Well, it could mean that the emergency brake has not been fully released. The ABS system light is on if something has occurred within the ABS system. Something faulty may have happened there, get it checked out!
brake light could be a sensor wire or the pads are worn out ,the srs light could be the wiring connections under the front seats ,the connectors need a clean or rubbish under the seat has dislodged them.Abs light coming on could be caused by the low brake pads but its doubtful more like one of the metal toothed rings is loose on the drive shaft ,also could be low on brake fluid if the pads have worn down and the fluid level has dropped
The ABS stands for (Anti-Lock Brake System). The air bag light or SRS stands for (Supplemental Restraint System). The lights are staying on because there is a problem with both systems. They have nothing in common with each other. I suggest you have this looked at by a professional. Working on the SRS can be hazardous so leave that to a pro.
there is a problem with your abs sensor ....sounds like the sensor is applying the breaks for you when it shouldn't ....have a mech. look at it ...the e- brake issue could be causing a fault in the system ....all the symptoms may be the car.s computer,s way of telling you there is a problem "please bring me in "
check your brakes reservoir fluid level, if this is up to level then there is a problem with the hydraulic system one part has failed could be the pressure differential valve devective yet this is your brakes system have it check out by a certified tech. Hope this help.
