So about 50 miles of each after the engine is warmed up.

check the vacuum lines for leaks first,since the cruise uses vacuum to pull on the gas pedal, and ac controls use vacuum to work the baffle doors in the ductwork..then start looking for loose connections on these 3 itemsrepost findings
check the tps ( throttle position sensor ). a bad tps causes transmission shift issues, bucking, jerking, idle surging, engine cutoff, hesitation on take off, surge while cruising down highway. am not saying this does the trick, but it is a good starting point. good-day !
there is no up shift sensor or down shift sensor, there is a output sensor,input sensor,speed sensor, you need to have your TCM checked to see which of these are at fault.
Dodge acts like a spark plug is skipping, it jerks no matter the speed.
