This depends on how many miles and what climate. your best bet is to call your local chevy dealer if you have one. since Obumma who knows, we lost our dealership in this area. sure makes sence now I have to go 250 miles to get genuine chevy parts. selling my chevy vehicles and as painful as it is am buying Ford at least it's not govt. owned and made somewhat in the USA. good luck and if all else fails 10w-30 is allways a good bet.
