air blend door jammed, or you have lost vacumn to the diaphram that opens and closed that door.
SOURCE: Heater only blows cold air
Check both heater hoses under hood to see if they get hot, if they do the heater is fine. need to check to see if the selection doors inside the unit are opening and closing.

after engine is warmed up , feel the hoses that go to and come from the heater. if they are not hot , this indicates that coolant is not flowing through the heater core. Could be that the core is all plugged up , ore some cars have a valve that opens or closes the flow. If the hoses are hot , that the problem is that the ducts in the dash that send air to and from the heater plenum are not opening up correctly. They usually work on a vacuum motor.
If you are not sure which are the heater hoses add that to your post , and I will track down the location for your vehicle. The heater hoses are usually about 1 inch in diameter.
SOURCE: My heater doesn't work. Hot water is circulating,
if both heater hoses going into the fire wall are hot,remove the heater control assembly from dash and make sure cable is connected and do the same under the hood where one heater hose has a valve connected to it,
SOURCE: 04 sebring 2.7L V6, not hot air from heater at
check your coolant level and make sure its bled. if its full the next thing to do is to flush the system and with a flush chemical(any autoparts store about $10). refill with fresh coolant and distilled water and make sure system is bled by turning on the heat while refilling the system.cheers
