Hi, I have an 05 super duty 4x4 diesel. When I turn left I get a rubbing noise proportional to speed and aggression. Sounds like tire lugs (DDDDDDDDDDD). I taped all surfaces, changed to small tires, replaced the wheel hubs, repacked the locking hubs, nylon zip sticks on the front universals so axles don't turn. I see no contact and sound continues.

You say the rear wheel axles and bearings have been replaced, you mention nothing of the front wheels, you have the symptoms of a front wheel bearing being worn out, remove them and check for pitting in the bearing rollers or the bearing races, I am sure you will find a problem. Hope this helps solve your issue with the bearing noise.

Check the U-joints and axle baerings. But its most likely because the truck is in four wheel drive.

Yes the rear differential could be the cause if you have a limited slip rear axle. The clutches could be binding in the rear axle. This would be noticeable especially on turns and accelerating.
SOURCE: four wheel drive doesn't seem
there are vaccum seals inside the spindle, they may be bad- or it could be the vaccum control solenoid.
