Do i have to drop the transmission to fix the leak on the slave cylindar

Those are your transmission cooling lines. Buy them and replace them.

When you install them, take your time...don't be in a rush.

I have found that leaving the belt on and using a 15" pair of channel locks on the water pump pulley and a 1 1/2" wrench on the fan clutch shaft with small taps from a hammer help to losten the fan. Also if you remove the upper fan shroud you should be able to losten the three 14mm bolts on the front of the power steering housing and remove the two 15mm nuts underneath to allow you to pull the power steering bracket forward enough to access the lower intake manifold bolt. You will need to remove the four a/c compressor bolts before accessing the bracket as well.

I believe the heater hoses are on the pass side on your truck, but have you checked where the heater hoses go into the truck? Otherwise on the driver side I would check 2 things after I checked the hoses 1. Intake manifold check it up and down they are bad for leaking at one of the corners. and it could be running down the back onto the ground. 2. check the freeze plugs. if you can go to autozone see if they will loan you a coolant press test kit other wise they are about 30$ for one .With the car off top the coolant off and press the system to what the rad cap is rated 15 or 16 ect. get your flash light and chase the drip. I would say the intake is your first shot at finding it. if you have a uv light you can also add dye to the system let it run and find it. First get some thing to stand on get on over the intake and find the coolant just remember it can leak from here and run and drop there. hoses , intake , freeze plugs

I'm assuming your talking trans fluid is leaking out a vacuum hose. If this is the case the modulator it plugs into is leaking. Replace the modulator. if this is not what your talking about then more info is needed.

is it a 3.0L v6? if so, then you need to remove the intake manifold i believe..if not, then try to take out the throttle body first, then un bolt the bracket for the hose to the transmission, and pull the pipe out that way....install new o-ring, use a lube to install back into water pump..
if its a 3.3L then you will need to see where the other end of the hose goes and remove any bolts and the procedure should be the same...if not, then you may need to remove the timing cover...
