If noise is excessive it may be low in power steering fluid .if this is the case it will make a moaning ,tearing sound.any car with power steering will make some noise when locked fully left or right.

Clicking sound from suspension when I turn to the extreme left or right? What is causing these sounds? It only clicks once each time I turn the streaming wheel to the extreme left or right.

When you turn to the extremes you are twisting the frame and body. Loose or worn bolts can let parts move causing noise. Also bad bushings can twist and cause noise. Try to locate the area where you hear the noise. You may be able to see movement or feel vibrations from the worn parts.

Why is there a clicking noise when steering wheel turned to extreme left?

It always helps to know what kind of car you have, but my best guess with no information is, you have a front wheel drive vehicle and the left CV joint is going bad. The joints will make a clicking sound when they are at the extremes of their travel when going bad.
Sorry, I just noticed your vehicle is shown. I am going with the CV joint answer.

I replaced power steering pump now the steering works but is stiff

Do the following if your drive belt is okay and your tensioner is okay.........Probably air in the system. Turn the steering wheel while running the engine in park,to extreme left where you hear the noise of the bypass kick in,for 5 seconds. Then turn to extreme right and hold it in extreme bypass position for 5 seconds. This will bleed some air out.
Check power steering level and repeat this a coupla' times if necessary. Make sure not to overfill it. don-ohio

When turning the steering wheel to the extreme end either to the left or right, hear a sequeaking noise.

How long have you owned the car before discovering this noise? Have you replaced the tires recently? I'm not sure what your squeaking noise sounds like exactly, but it sounds like it could be one of the two problems. If it sounds kind of like rubber squealing your tires may be the wrong size for your car and at extreme steering degrees the tires can rub on the car in a number of places. If the squealing sounds more internal like a muffled tea kettle and you can feel it through your hands (even slightly) while holding the wheel it's probably your power steering. If your power steering fluid isn't low then you make want to get your power steering pump checked. This is always better than waiting until your power steering pump goes out on you while you are driving down the highway (usually happens in the middle of a curve). I can personally tell you that one is no fun at all! :)

Need to bleed power stearing installed new pump and still get noise a quick how to would be good thanks

Hello you will need to top up your power steering fluid once you have completed that you will need to turn your steering wheel with car running all the way to the left and all the way to the right be sure to keep the power steering pump cap off while your rotating your steering back and forth. You will need to keep repeating this all the way left then all the way to the right until that gurgling wind sound is gone and so will be all the air in your power steering.Once you have completed this don't forget to top up power steering fluid if necessary and be sure no t0o forget to put your filler cap back. You have now bleed your power steering

Which fluid do i use for power steering?

You can use Dexron III Automatic Transmission Fluid, such as Castrol Import Multi Vehicle. Pump off as much of the old fluid as possible with the pump from a shampoo bottle top, then add the ATF fluid. Don't overfill.

I have 1998 S70. The turn signal fuse blows. I

The flasher unit will not cause an overload in the circuit.Activate the four way flasher and if the fuse does not trip then it appears there is a short in either the left or right signal circuit when the steering wheel is turned. The position of the steering wheel will determine which side is shorting out if this is the cause

1998 Volvo S70 left turn signal does not work

That return spring mechanism, is in the 'airbag clockspring' or we call it a contact reel. this is a VERY expensive part. You can take your switch off of the steering column, there is a white button sticking out, you should be able to manipulate that up and down (for left and right movement) if you can verify that the switch cancels while you manually do it, its the clockspring, if you can not do it in one direction only, then its the switch
