i have the same problem with my 97 regal, all my sensors are working fine even my hub, but the light does not stay on, if i shut down the car and start it back up, its ok untill i go over a bump.

Most often the problem with front wheel drive models and this type of symptom ends up being a loose or broken motor/tranny mount. I'm sure there are a few shops around where you are at that might put it on a lift and check undernethe for free or a small fee. Also, if you have a floor jack and have the time you could check yourself, just look for anything that seems broken/cracked, and look at ALL the rubber componenets for wear and tear.
If you are braking hard and one or more wheels lose grip, the ABS system will modulate brake pressure in pulses to the slipping wheels. That is a normal feeling when this is happening. If you have a pulsation under light braking, it is likely that you have brake rotors that are no longer true and and need to be replaced or machined.
