My 1995 Buick Park Avenue stalled on the highway going 70-it did not restart. I thought that maybe my fuel gauge was broken, as it acted like it had run out of gas. It just keeps cranking and cranking but...

sounds like the fire is good, you might try replacing your fuel filter first and if it still has the problem then the fuel pump, do you hear the fuel pump whirring when you turn the key on? thats what the sound is that you hear when first starting the car, it will whirrr and then click letting you know it has proper fuel pressure

How much does a fuel pump cost for 1995 park avenue?

They do vary in price at Buick dealerships so I would call around. You can pay a few hundred to more than seven hundred. All dealers have there own pricing structure
