I need to find out where the fuse panel is located, in which the heater blower fuse would be found..I didn't receive an owner's manual when I purchased the vehicle. Thanks..
The panels are easy to find. My question is...which is the correct fuse, as the 'codes' do not clearly indicate BLOWER MOTOR or it is written in Japanese.? The panels are easy to find. This problem is related to faulty blower motor resistor. The resistor is the part which controls the blower motor to work on required speeds. But if resistor fails then motor will work normally but will not work on selected speed like slow and medium .In this case replacing the resistor should help.To locate the resistor open your glove box and roll it all the down take off the panel in behind the resistor will be top right hand side. This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.
Check your fuses first should be in the passenger compartment.... can find the location of the fuse panel in the owner's manual. From there I would suspect the blower relay which is usually in a fuse box under the hood
dear friend the fuse that you are looking for is in the engine compartment,if you open the fuse box look to the right hand side, right at the bottom, there is a 40amp fuse marked BLR,that is your blower fuse
It needs a motor It is located on the bottom left hand side of the washer bottle. left hand side if you are faceing the front of the car. There is one connector and 2 hose thats you will have to remove. Your going to have to lay on the ground to get it you cant get it from up top.
1.disconect the neg. fron battery.
2.the blower unit is located under the dash and behind the glove box.
3.open the glove box disconnect the cord.push inwardson the sides to lower the door fully.
4.remove the dash panel to the right (has one screw)
5.remove the inner frame scrrews (four screws)
6.remove the blower/evaporator mounting bolts and remove blower motor.
7.tranfer the fan to new motor prior to installation.
8.installationis the reverse of removal.
f.y.i. use pliers to release and remove the clip holdin blower fan to th emotor
The panels are easy to find. My question is...which is the correct fuse, as the 'codes' do not clearly indicate BLOWER MOTOR or it is written in Japanese.?
