it needs a cat converter to enable the ECM to function properly next low fuel pressure can be from EVAP system not venting the tank properly, failing fuel pump or faulty pressure regulator unloading too much fuel and dropping the pressure
at this point I would be looking at the EVAP system , then the pressure regulator
You need an OBII scanner to reset the service light. @ options, you can buy a scanner for $60 + OR you can go to any good parts store (Autozone, Advance, etc..) and have them reset it -they do this FREE
This noise is caused by the belt tensioner pulley - solution is to replace the assembly. If the noise is only present when the engine is cold, it could be the exhaust manifold.
