If you are saying the front side lights are going off but the headlights remain on ? then could you try this ? put the h/lights on main beam mode then whilst on main beam turn off lights if h/lights go off now ? then with lights still off put onto dipped beam with the switch/stick if h/light come on it is most probably the dipped beam headlights relay that has gone faulty as the h/lights have 2x relays 1for dip +1 for main beam if the above does not make any difference ? it may well be the switch assy hope this helps

1993 ford thunderbird head lights went out

I hate to tell you this, based on the amount of work and the expense, but I feel the problem is with the headlight switch/dimmer switch. For all the lights to burn out at the same time would be depressing, at best. Good luck, and I hope you can find a good used one, and a good friend to help you repair this.

93 silverado ignition problem

Sounds like the switch is toast. I would check for voltage at the switch connector. Could have also damaged the connector between the lock cylinder and the switch.

My headlights on my sunfire go off while driving

Right now, I'm thinking the head lamp switch assembly has a problem? See the wire color in the top of head lamp, that is voltage, fuse protected, hot all the time. When problem is ongoing, you could use a test lite, check for voltage at fuse circuit?
The headlamp switch assembly is located on headlamp ground circuit. There could be a wiring problem, somewhere. I can only help with testing.
