When I sometimes start to accelerate slowly, I get a chugging or big klunk and it's loud. I don't know what it is?

if your trans fluid is full it may be an internal problem in the gearbox even in the converter its hard to diagnose without seeing the car but i can sure try to help if you can add any other noises or symptoms i will see if i can help you pinpoint the problem
SOURCE: car makes a loud klunking
If it only does it when you accelerate, my first suspicion would one of the motor mounts, either the upper motor mounts or the lower one that I believe is on the passenger side of your vehicle.

The rear differential fluid has to be replaced.
It has to be Honda Dual Pump Fluid -- DO NO USE Automatic Transmission Fluid.

If it is only when going over pot holes or rough roads it could be something to do with your struts or sway bars. Depending on what it actually is it may or may not be a big job. Usually a clunking sound coming from the tire region is just a back tie rod or something of the sort.
