1990 honda prelude s b20a3
Oil pressure sending unit comes to mind. The oil pan sealing flange comes to mind.
The choke has a link to an arm on the throtle shaft that the ide screw rides against for setting hot and cold idle. If the link is missing or the arm is damaged, the choke cannot lift the arm out of the way of the idle screw.
There is a plug at the back of the head for machining purposes for the cam- those engines that used a plug in that location at the back, that plug can leak. There are locations where a blown head gasket does not open a path for coolant to enter the crankcase.
It is also possible for a rocker cover gasket to leak when new if the cover is distorted or a wire is caught under the gasket.

did you check the steering pump, AC compression pump, etc or other engine components ? it could be something other than the engine.

make sure they are tight
could be time for head gaskets
make sure the old gasket from the old filter came off the block sometimes they come off old filter and stick this causes a leak due to improper seal.

Replace oil pan gasket, make sure not coming from behind timing belt cover first.

There is a warm up valve on the throttle body(should have 2 small coolant hoses). remove the valve and have someone start the car while you block the port to the valve on the intake. If that clears up the problem you can cut a piece of cardboard to mount in between the valve and intake.should straighten it out.
