Check For Loose Ground Cable (other end not battery end.
There Is Also A Junction Involved (ground) Where Engine And Body Grounds Come Together--LOOK AT THAT FIRST.
You might not need a circuit board, especially if it has a kid trax or safety 1st battery in it. You can find out more at www.cammhsm.com
I know, I have a vehicle like this and had to find out the hard way.
With the battery charger connected or a jumper battery simply click the alarm key fob on and then off. This will reset the alarm and the car should start...had mine towed to find this out
This will save you time, if you have a test light and jumper cables, hook the jumper cables to the battery, then hook your test light to the positive side of the jumper cable, turn the ignition key on and turn the blower motor on. Next at the blower motor connector touch the test light to the negative side of the connector if the test light, lights up you have a good ground. NEXT; move the test light to the negative side of the jumper cable and test the positive side of the connector if it lights, you have power coming to the motor, if you have both power and ground you need to replace the motor, if no light on one side you need to repair the one that doesn't light up.
