When I press drivers window control, switch makes a loud clicking noise. Checked for power to switch and I show voltage at switch. No doors work from there own switchs either.

ALL the windows share a common ground, this could be your problem. The ground wire originates at the driver's switch and goes back through the harness to the door, and into the cabin where I think the black ground wire may ground on a frame or bracket in the left kick panel. Just after it comes in from the door. You'd have to look behind the kick panel (foot well) covering to look for the ground screw. There could be a couple other ground wires there too. Or take your meter and check the integrity of the ground wire at the switch. Either use the ohm function or do a voltage drop test to check the ground.

SOURCE: low voltage tps senser.

Not likely getting a bad TPS.Your TPS runs off a 5volt reference wire.Using multimeter with key on engine off Check to make sure you have your 5volt reference check for any deformed terminals or broken wires inside insulation.

SOURCE: water on passenger side floor of Buick Regal

U need to clear the AC condensation drain, crawl under the car on the passenger side and near the base of the engine firewall u will find a drain pipe, (about 3/4") clear t and the water will stop going on the passenger floor.

98 buick rear right window works perfect when it works , but some times seems to have no power to switch and wont go up an down

My left rear window worked intermittantly and then stopped completely.
I found a broken wire inside the harness where the door hinges. With the door open, I had to pull back the rubber boot from the sheet metal to expose the wires. I soldered some connectors on the ends of the broken pieces an then taped it well. It looked like it had been pinched at some point, but I'm not sure why since it is fairly well protected. I guess it had just bent too many times.

How do i change the starter own an 1998 buick regal 3.8L i heard that it was simple but u have to remove something under the hood. i was wondering is it the same as a 1996 or 1997 buick regal.

Your 3800 Regal should not create any additional work to remove/replace the factory starter...Ask your parts store to show you one...be sure to disconnect one side of the battery prior to any work around the starter...Should be just 3 bolts (plus 2 wire conncections) for the switch out...Hope this helps.

1998 Buick Regal LS - all 4 windows will not work from master control or individually. Could this be something as simple as a fuse replacement?

Yes. It could also be dirty electrical contacts in the switches. Worst case is that all four regulators have failed, but not likely if they went out at the same time.

contacts in window motors sometimes get dirty from lack of use. Take a rubber hammer and beat under the interior edge of the open door while working the switch (don't be gentle). It it works, exercise the window more frequently.
