How do I replace thermostat on a 2007dodge charger?

First check to see if there is voltage at the headlamp bulbs. If power then replace lights. If not, then check to see if current is coming out of the headlight switch.

If the thermostat is stuck closed there will also be no flow. This is way more likely than a water pump and would first on my list when diagnosing a no flow overheating issue. I'm pretty sure the 06 charger has a 3.5, 5.7, or a 6.1 liter as an option. Are you sure you have a 2.7? On the six cylinder the thermostat is located behind the housing bolted to the block that the lower hose is connected to.

hi you can locate the thermostat by, locating the top hose on the radiator, then follow that to the engine/motor where it attaches to the engine/motor this is the thermostat housing, thats where your thermostat will be....hope this helps
