Boost spiking/ over boosting

It sounds like a lack of fuel to the injectors. check the fuel manifold pressure and the regulator. run fault codes to check for faulty sensors.

Boost is about .08 Bar at full throttle and drops off as speed builds to about .075 Bar

Hello, that is a puzzler, but the blow off valve opening up at an idle is making me think exhaust/catalytic converter restriction causing to much back pressure. Like it can't get the air through fast enough so it's backing up in the intake. I would start my chase there... Let me know if you find any thing...(subyguru)...

check wastegate(round valve on turbo)is working it may be loosing vacuum,or you have an electrical issue with the boost controler,but check wastegate first as its easier and could be the problem

This sonds like a boost issue as a fault in the waste gate or turbo could be the culprit.Using as boost gauge,verify proper positive boost in this power band range.

Check for loose lines, for leaking oil.check your intank,make sure everything is tigin .

your spelling is horrid.   I think your boost control valve or pop-it valve is defective.  Also try a basic tune up with plugs and filters. 

Try Upper engine cleaner from Surabu first..............if that doen't sort it try cleaning the IACV (idle air control valve) with carby cleaner and/or meths

Check all the rubber hoses to and from the inner cooler for cracks, make sure all the clamps are tight.
