I need to remove bumper and front grill, headlight assembly on 94 toyota previa
SOURCE: damaged headlight assembly
Its Easy Their are retainers on the top of bumper as well as bottom and bolts on each side at fenders as soon as you get the bumper off you will be able to change head lights and all then jus go back words to put back on

It is a little more complicated than that. There are two nuts below the headlight assemblies in the engine compartment. You will need to remove the battery and overflow bottle to get at the one on the passenger side. Remove the turn signals in the bumper, then there are 2 or 3 bolts holding a mounting bracket behind the each of the turn signals. There are a number of bolts with washer heads and reatiners on the underside of the bumper as the previous responder indicated.

That is correct - it worked for me - now the questions is - How do I remove the old logo ?
SOURCE: I need to remove the right side headlight
No, you don't have to remove the front bumper. The headlight bulb is in a tight spot so you will need someone with small hands to reach it. Pull the rubber boot with the connector off
and there is a spring clip that holds the bulb in place, remove the clip and pull the bulb out
The connector inside the boot does not engage much on the terminals of the bulb. Click on the link below to read more:

Open hood and look on top of headlamps. You see a piece that looks like it slides in behind the light.
Have removed two mounting srews. Disconnected plastic grill. The bottom of the head light is held in by snap clips. The bumper cover needs pulled out far enough in order for the assembly to clear and come out.
